and SAB International LTD. to develop the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor. The following
describes the capabilities and roles of this Project Consoritium.

The

Consortium of companies assembled to develop the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor. Providing forged and

VHB International LTD.
VHB International LTD.
(VHB) is a major transportation, land development and environmental services firm. The parent company, Vanasse
Hangen Brustlin, Inc., was founded in 1979 as a transportation firm. VHB has emerged as an industry leader in the
fields of engineering, planning and applied sciences. VHB has wide experience in engineering design and construction
management of large scale highway projects. The firm's land development group is well versed and experienced in
the issues of township/ community planning and development. VHB will be the Consortium's lead engineer for the
Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Project.
SAB International LTD.
Since 1979, SAB has provided clients in the railroad, transit, utility and communications
industries with one stop, efficient, cost effective development services including : design, engineering, construction,
construction management and operations. The firm has successfully developed and implemented large scale public
infrastructure projects throughout North America. SAB coined and developed the concept of an infrastructure corridor
with planned self-sustaining communities, and it will play a lead role in its development.

Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprises LTD.
The Kalyani Group of Companies and SAB International LTD. have formed the Nandi Infrastructure Corridor
Enterprises LTD.(NICE) to develop the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor. As the owners of this Build Own
Operate Transfer (BOOT) project, they will develop the project in its various phases and operate the facilities
after completion of construction.
India International Infrastructure Engineers LTD.
The Kalyani Group of Companies, VHB International LTD. and SAB International LTD. have organized India
International Infrastructure Engineers LTD. (IIIE) to manage the development of the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure
Corridor. IIIE will provide planning, engineering, program management and construction management/ engineering
services for the project.
